We’d like to first assure you that the safety of our customers and employees remains the top priority for us. With that being said, we have also worked hard to ensure that our superior customer service remains unaffected so that you can continue your home and business projects. 

Tiles Direct is carefully following the guidance from global health authorities in order to maintain healthy business practices. At this time our normal operations are in place and orders are being fulfilled. However, expedited shipping is no longer available, as we are currently experiencing longer than usual lead times for shipping and processing due to delays from our suppliers. Our normal expectation of 5 to 15 days for ground shipping is still being maintained as much as possible. In the unusual case that there are issues with your order a member of our team will promptly reach out to you with a solution.
